Dont overbeat the batter.<br /><br />For a cake bake it in a 20cm ring pan on 170 C (325 F) for about 45 mins.<br /><br />This mixture will produce around 18 standard size cupcakes and they are baked at 170 C (325 F) for approx 18-25 mins. Bedek het met sla, bosuitjes en kaas<br />* Maak er pakketjes van door de randen om te vouwen<br />* Verhit een laag olie van 2.5 cm in een grote koekepan en leg de chimichangas erin met de naden naar beneden. Bak er afhankelijk van de pan grootte, 2 -4 per keer.<br />* Draai ze na 3 minuten voorzichtig om en bak ze nog 3 minuten. Laat ze uitlekken op keukenpapier. Doorgaan tot ze allemaal gebakken zijn.<br />* Schep guacamole over elke chimichanga, beetje zure room en stukjes tomaat. Helaas heb ik niets meer van die periode.... behalve een aandenken op mijn wijsvinger topje...... Ik heb ooit een knoopsgat met een grote keukenschaar willen maken wat niet helemaal goed afliep.... het knoopsgat zat in mijn vingertop, dat er vervolgens half naast bungelde, en gehecht moest worden.... in plaats van in het poppenjurkje....<br /><br />Ik heb wel eens vaker ¨handige¨ ongelukjes, ook dat veranderd niet schijnbaar..... zoals uitschietem met een stanleymes ( schrijf je dat zo ??) als je de deurmaat op maat wil maken....etc....<br /><br />Toen ik op de middelbare school zat was het een periode minder...heb ik niet veel gemaakt...maar daarna is het kriebelen weer begonnen.... buxus kransen maken, schelpenkransen, tekenen.....<br /><br />En toen ik eenmaal zwanger was besloot ik spullen voor de kinderkamer te maken, schilderijtjes.... Daar ben ik toen een tijdje mee verder gegaan...schilderijtjes maken, meubeltjes beschilderen , keramiek beschilderen, dat soort dingen....<br /><br />Daar ben ik toen ook een webwinkeltje mee begonnen en heb mijn schilderijtjes en meubeltjes nog in een winkeltje verkocht.... <br /><br />Ben daar een tijdje mee gestopt wegens tijdgebrek...maar sinds de komst van de 3e ben ik weer begonnen om mijn spulletjes te verkopen, deze keer via mijn Etsy Shop : <a href="http://www.lilmisspolkadot.etsy.com/">Lil´ Miss Polkadot</a><br /><br />Aangezien mijn moeder vroeger heel veel kleding gemaakt heeft, besloot ik dat ik dat toch ook eens wilde proberen..... manlief kocht een naaimachine voor me...en ik begon dingen te maken.... knuffeltjes, kussentjes, kaarten met stof, ritstasjes, tasjes etc..... Mijn volgende uitdaging is om verder te gaan met echte kleding.... I don´t know what it is, but when i am on the hunt for my little boy it just seems like there is almost nothing for him....<br /><br />And than shopping for a new baby boys mommie, for a shower gift......pfffffff.....girls no problem...but for those little man....a nightmare.....<br /><br />That is why i decided to make Necktie Onesies...i think they are so cute, and that every little boy should have one !<br /><br />I had finished them a while ago...and okay...finally i have made pictures of the onesies .. i am not completely satisfied with the pictures, but okay...i just want to list them, so i will make better pictures soon.<br /><br />Who knows ... maybe with my little boy wearing them as a model ( at least when he is willing to cooperate with me that means ;-))<br />And as always... i can also make them with different fabrics, with or without sleeves, other sizes etc....<br /><br />I think they turned out really cute! LOL<br />And on top of that our little boy got bronchitis... we had to go to the hospital because he had so much troubles breathing....so they gave us ventolin to puff for him...he had some terrible days where a couple of times he scared us a lot, but finally he is doing a little better as well...<br /><br />But, also some nice things ;-)<br />The kids didnt had school this week, so no rushing hour to get them to school in the mornings.<br />I have had some time in between all the hospital visits to work on some new projects...<br />The weather is a little bit better now !<br />The fence has been repeared yesterday<br />I have bought the nicest babylegs for my son on internet, cannot wait to pick them up at the postoffice<br />We have got some great new dvd´s we are planning to see<br />I have been crafting with my daughter, which she loves a lot...<br />Okay, yesterday i bought her new scissors, pencils etc, and last night i found some of her hair on the floor in her room....;-(( This is really something she keeps doing from time to time...i prefer she cuts the hair from the doll instead of her own :-( But Okay...she loves crafting....and i love it that she loves it...And it has to be said, she can draw really good !! ( only 1 day too late for halloween ;-)<br />Thank God our 3 kids were just in bed for 5 minutes...and my husband was still with them...otherwise i could have been a whole other story...<br /><br />All the windows and doors were broken...and i had only this...a real miracle !<br /><br />Now almost 3 weeks later i am doing a lot better...<br />All bandages are gone... i do not have to go to the hospital everyday anymore...and at this point i only need to use special creme 3 times a day... No permanent marks...<br /><br />Everyday a little bit better....<br />And well....i might look like a "playmobile" doll ( hair ) now ...or like my daughter is saying, a "Pipo the Clown Fringe" ....it will grow back to normal...really ;-))) LOL<br /><br />Lex & Floor: Thank you for taking care of the kids, and being here so soon when we called, and for taking care of them when we had to go to the hospital. Together with our 3 kids and their 3 kids it was a happy noisy and full house...but we loved it !<br /><br />Long evenings ( read nights;-) full of talking, laughing and talking about our memories...<br /><br />We had not seen eachother for such a long time because we moved to Spain a couple of years ago...That means we cannot see eachother often...but we cherish moments like this !!<br /><br />Also my daughter and son were turning 6 and 8 in august...time flies ....<br />It only seems like yesterday that i hold them in my arms...I love them so much...<br /><br />And because time flies i enjoy every minute i have with our little one, i love his little body, bathtime...the first time eating "danoontje", his first laugh and noises, and everything he learns everyday...<br /><br />But besides all the happy times we also had to put our little doggie to sleep this week...1 day after my sons birthday...<br /><p><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; width: 282px; display: block; height: 320px;" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5375504689625253650" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_JptOCtSMjHw/SpmhCNmPRxI/AAAAAAAAAFg/2i0UjiPnTaU/s320/rocco.jpg" border="0" />Rocco was their little doggie..which they choose themselves from the animal rescue nearby...a little cocker spaniel...the cutest one we ever saw...</p><p>Sooo sweet with super long eye lashes (even i was jealous of him ;-)<br /><br />Anyway...we have had him for 2 years..and he has been sick a lot... this time it really was a hopeless situation...and this was the only good thing we could do for him at this moment...We miss him very much...happy little Rocco...always wagging his little tail, how sick he was...<br /><br />The kids are soo sad...especially my little girl...because it was her special friend...<br /><br />Fortunately we can look forward to something to make them less sad...<br /><br />We are counting the days..my parents are almost coming over ... for a whole week !!<br /><br />They saw our little boy 2 weeks after he was born...so they havent seen him for aprox. 4 months now !!<br /><br />I know for sure they will not believe what they see...he has grown so big since then!<br /><br />Anyway....as you probably understand i haven't done a lot of crafting the past weeks...but in about 2 weeks school starts again so then life will go back to normal over here....
